Virginia's Standards of Learning (SOL) preparation begins in the third grade, emphasizing fundamental skills across various subjects.

This structured approach aims to equip learners with essential competencies as they advance through their education in Virginia.

With extensive experience in test preparation, I am dedicated to equipping students with the skills they need to excel in SOL testing.

My approach focuses on teaching comprehensive test-taking strategies that empower students to confidently navigate the exam. Test Taking Strategies

In third grade, students focus on reading and math, laying a solid academic foundation.

As they progress to fourth grade, the curriculum expands to include not only reading and math but also Virginia Studies, enabling students to gain an understanding of their state's history and geography.

By fifth grade, the SOL framework covers a broader range of subjects, including reading, writing, math, and science, ensuring that students are well-rounded and prepared for future academic challenges.
